EPCOR Power L.P. announces quarterly distribution
EDMONTON, Alberta - November 30, 2007 - The Board of Directors of EPCOR Power Services Ltd., the general partner of EPCOR Power L.P. (TSX: EP.UN) (the "Partnership"), declared a cash distribution of $0.63 per limited partnership unit for the quarter ending December 31, 2007. The distribution is payable on January 30, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2007.
This is the 42nd consecutive distribution that has either met or exceeded previous distributions paid by the Partnership since its inception in mid-1997.

Established in 1997, EPCOR Power L.P. is a limited partnership organized under the laws of the Province of Ontario. The Partnership's portfolio consists of 19 wholly-owned power generation assets located in Canada and the United States, a 50 per cent interest in a power generation asset in Washington State, and a 15.4 per cent interest in Primary Energy Recycling Holdings LLC ("PERH").
