Ethics Policy
This Ethics Policy (the "Policy") is intended to ensure that the business affairs and operations of Capital Power Corporation., Capital Power L.P., Capital Power Income L.P., CPI Preferred Equity Ltd. and their respective subsidiaries (all collectively referred to herein as "CPC"), are conducted lawfully, with integrity and in an honest, fair, and responsible manner.
Capital Power's Ethics Policy applies to all members of Capital Power. As well, all contractors are required to adhere to ethical standards and practices that are consistent with this policy when performing work for, or on behalf of Capital Power.
